The present work aimed propose tablet formulations containing extracts in an attempt obtain antibacterial anti-hyperglycemic with more efficient oral hypoglycemic impact, limited side effects, higher patient compliance for the first time, resulting benefits. Tablet were created by encapsulating granules from seed varying concentrations sodium starch glycolate super-disintegrant (0–3%). final examined weight variation, solubility, hardness, water content, disintegration friability, drug content (trigonelline diosgenin), vitro release. completed test because percentage deviation personal mechanical resistance mean identified be within average range. In accordance results, diosgenin trigonelline ideal formulations. amount active substance released (S. extract formulation) was consistent throughout results standard methods recommended FDA (94.05%) 87.25% after 45 min. acceptable limit, according FDA, is not than (N.L.T.) 80% min phase #1. study optimized formula tablets that met requirements good pharmaceutical preparation United States Pharmacopeia (USP) National Formulary (NF). This has important implications development novel, effective treatments significantly advances natural medicine. Our findings expected interest researchers, clinicians, other experts this field study. Based on these findings, it can inferred formulation appropriate compatible herbal dosage forms fewer effects traditional treatments.
